ABOUT
LyonCTP Limited is an independent town planning practice based in Norwich, Norfolk. Established in 2014 by Dr Michelle Lyon BSc(Hons) PGDip DProf MRTPI.
By providing advice and representation of a high professional standard to clients in both the private and public sector, LyonCTP helps projects from the straightforward to the complex successfully navigate the planning system.
Michelle Lyon is a Chartered Town Planner with over 20 years experience in the field of town planning. Michelle began her career in private practice before moving to local government and then returning to private practice. Michelle successfully deals with a wide range of planning matters and has recently been awarded a Professional Doctorate in the town planning.
Michelle believes in the benefits good planning can bring to creating quality environments that are great paces to live and work. The complicating factor is that everyone has a different idea of what this means in practice. The planning system seeks to balance these competing interests for use and development of land.
LyonCTP will help your project successfully navigate the planning system, by providing advice and representation that efficiently and effectively ensures that your voice is heard.
